*COVID VENUE POLICY UPDATES*

What do I need to bring for entry into any Hawthorne Show?

Proof of full vaccination, either the physical card or a photo of the card, will be accepted. Proof of a negative COVID test, either printed or digital copy, taken within 72 hours of the show from a medical facility will be accepted. We will NOT accept rapid tests. Your vaccination card/negative test result must have your name on it and match your ID, so please also bring your ID. Face masks are required so make sure to bring one. We will have masks provided to those who don’t have one.

It hasn’t been 2 full weeks since I got my second vaccine.  Am I still considered fully vaccinated?

Per the CDC, to be considered fully vaccinated it has to be:

  • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

If you are not fully vaccinated, you will be required to provide a negative COVID test from a medical facility within 72 hours of the show to attend a concert.

I’m not vaccinated, how can I still go to the show?

Anyone with proof of a negative COVID test from a medical facility within 72 hours of the show, that has their name on it that matches their ID, will be allowed to attend, if not vaccinated.

Do I still need to wear a mask?

Per Governor Kate Brown’s state-wide indoor mask mandate that went into effect on August 13th, masks are REQUIRED to be worn indoors.

What happens if I don’t wear a mask?

We are under state mandate to require masks indoors, therefore if you do not wear your mask at all times, besides actively eating/drinking, you are subject to removal from the venue with no refund.

How will we know if there are any changes to this policy?

We will contact all ticket purchasers with any update to our policy. Make sure you look in your spam folder so you don’t miss any emails from us. We will also post on our social media pages with all updates.

I don’t feel like I can adhere to these new guidelines. Can I get a refund?

Is there seating in the Theatre?

The Hawthorne is an all-standing venue with a limited amount of seating in the Loft for 21 and over attendees. The Loft seating is first come, first served.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets for the Hawthorne Theatre can be purchased online at www.cascadetickets.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the Hawthorne Theatre Box office during hours that the Lounge is open. If a show is not sold out, then it is possible to purchase tickets at the door on the night of the show, however we recommend purchasing tickets online through Cascade Tickets ahead of time to guarantee entry.

Where can I park?

There is limited street parking available. However, the Theatre is located in a residential area so we recommend using alternative forms of transportation if possible, and ask everyone to please be considerate of our neighbors when walking to and from their car, bike, or bus stop.

Is the venue equipped for ADA?

We do not have a separate viewing area for those patrons requiring additional assistance to attend shows, however every effort is taken to ensure that all attendees have a great experience. Please email [email protected] with specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

 *COVID-19 VENUE POLICY UPDATE*​

We take the health of our staff and guests extremely seriously and due to the increase of infection rates of the COVID-19 Delta Variant, we have introduced additional protocols for everyone attending our venue.

All staff, bands and patrons will need to show proof of full vaccination (card or photo of card) or a negative COVID-19 test provided by a medical facility within 72 hours from the time of entry to the venue AND wear a face covering in order to attend a concert. Rapid tests will NOT be accepted. Proof of negative test from a medical facility MUST have your name on it and match your ID.
