Both the Hawthorne Theatre and the Lounge are available for rental. The Lounge is our more intimate, 21+ space. It has a 10’ x 15’ corner stage and stage monitors, soundboard and Mackie sound system. It has a full service bar and food menu, a stage area and several booths. This space is recommended for more intimate shows and events. Due to OLCC regulations, this space must be 21 and over. The Theatre is our larger space and can be either all ages, or 21+. It features a large stage, a seated balcony space, two bars and a high quality sound system and stage lighting. We recommend this space for larger shows and events, and events that are all ages. If you plan to rent this space for an all-ages event, we must divide the room into to two sections, 21+ at the back near the bar and all ages at the front, this is in order to comply with OLCC regulations.
